Our Story

We are Salesforce-certified professionals, mentors, veterans, and educators.

Transition Trails is a mission-driven 501(c)(3) nonprofit focused on building bridges—between education and employment, talent and opportunity, nonprofits and the digital tools they need to thrive.
We provide affordable Salesforce-managed services to nonprofits and small businesses—while training the next generation of digital professionals through our hands-on intern pathway model.

Our Story

Our journey began with a single act of mentorship—when two experienced Salesforce professionals helped a truck driver named Hugh transition into a full-time Salesforce career. That story lit a spark. It showed us what’s possible when experience, opportunity, and access come together. From that moment, Transition Trails was born.

We are Salesforce-certified professionals, mentors, veterans, and educators.
We’ve seen firsthand how lives change when people are given a real chance—not just with a course, but with hands-on experience, community, and purpose-driven coaching.

"I built my career by solving real problems and lifting others up. Transition Trails is about making that possible for everyone, no matter where they start."

Angela Landrith - CEO and Founder
