The Guided Trail is our flagship internship program—a structured, 6-month journey designed for certified Salesforce Admins who are ready to gain real-world experience, build confidence, and contribute to real nonprofit impact.

This is not a simulation. You'll work with real data, real tools, and real clients—all under the guidance of Salesforce-certified mentors who are invested in your growth.

 Who This Trail Is For

This program is ideal for:
  • Certified Admins seeking project experience
  • Career changers or job seekers looking for guided, hands-on learning
  • Veterans, caregivers, and nontraditional learners ready to re-enter the workforce

 What You'll Do

Throughout your 6-month Trail, you will:
  • Work in a 2-person pod led by a certified Trail Guide
  • Configure solutions in live nonprofit Salesforce orgs
  • Build flows, dashboards, reports, and permission structures
  • Practice using the F.L.A.I.R. method (Focus, Learn, Aim, Iterate, Review)
  • Contribute to client success while gaining real job-ready experience

We’re actively pursuing grant funding. Currently, this is an unpaid program offering high value in mentorship, experience, and professional development.

Tools You Will Use

Interns work with real-world platforms including:
  • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Salesforce instance (including sandbox access)
  • Slack (communication)
  • Canva for client presentations and documentation
  • Client Tools (Mailchimp, GiveLively, Donorbox, etc.)
