- Requirements gathering - We solve business needs. And to do that, we want to hear those needs.
- Major release updates - Three times a year, Salesforce gives us all new toys. We'll make sure you're using the ones you need to succeed
- Additional hours - Sometimes 10 hours just isn't enough. When that happens, we'll talk about how we can extend to make sure the job is done right, and when you need it (subject to pricing conversations)
