The Transition Trails team has been instrumental in our non-profits success in transitioning our application system from a home grown website to Salesforce. Hugh, Kim, and Angela took the time to really understand our needs and our existing processes when we first started working with them to transition. Hugh continues to support our team in ensuring our site is up to date, fixing any technical issues, and checking in to ensure we are operating as efficiently as possible. Not only has Hugh provided the technical support, but also taken the time to show me how most of the functionality works and I have gained a better understanding of the back end of our organization, and am able to navigate some of the updates directly.
